By car, free express train, or bus. In Loro Parque we make it very easy for you to reach our park comfortably from anywhere in Tenerife.
Loro Parque Free Express Train
Start your Loro Parque experience with our free train that runs through Puerto de la Cruz. Departures every 20 minutes from Plaza de los Reyes Católicos (next to McDonald´s).

This map shows the main entrance of Loro Parque, marked with a yellow arrow. We are located on Avenida Loro Parque. The park also counts with a parking area where for a fee, you can leave your car and enjoy your visit to the park. We hope to see you soon!

Loro Parque is designed so that anyone can comfortably enjoy all areas and activities in the park. These are some of the services you will find:
Twin Ticket
Twin Tickets do not identify the holder. They are linked to the customer with a wristband placed at the access control, which cannot be removed. To enter the second park, present the Twin Ticket with QR code and the wristband. Valid for 15 days from the first visit. Access will only be granted if the above-mentioned conditions are met.

You can pay by card or cash in all our shops
Accessibility
Wheelchairs, motorised buggies and pushchairs are available.
- Wheelchairs. They can be hired free of charge, only a deposit is required, refunded upon return of the wheelchair.
- Motorised buggies. Rental by prior reservation. It is necessary to provide documentation with photographs. Daily price 15€ + deposit, refunded upon return of the motorised buggy.
- Pushchairs. Daily price 5€ + deposit, refunded upon return of the pushchair.

Limitations
- No pets are allowed in the park.
- Professional photographic gear is only permitted on request.
- It is forbidden to feed or throw objects at the animals.
- The use of any type of scooter, roller skates or bicycles is not permitted in the park.
