Last appeal
Orca Coalition announced publicly that they won’t continue appealing the court decision which agrees with the Dutch Ministry of Agriculture. Free Morgan Foundation, the organization which had declared having only scientific objectives, takes it over and appeals for the third time against the last court decision, before the Dutch Council – the highest administrative instance of the country:
